Set-up over ten years ago, Marc's studio is based in Newhaven, East Sussex and is run by Marc Fish. His partner Vanessa Eley is The Workshop's media contact.

The ethos of 'robinson house studio' is good design, innovation, experimentation, evolution and exemplary craftsmanship. Whilst all the bench space users are individual businesses it provides a positive creative atmosphere for each craftsman to work and bounce ideas. There is a healthy level of competition between everyone and help on hand when needed.It also houses up-to 8 other furniture makers who are all part of the very successful bench space scheme.

Marc Fish is now holding courses in fine furniture making and cabinet making. Small group furniture making tuition, 1 week, 12 week or 40 week courses are available.

New Courses art classes are now being run , these are over 3 days and cover sketching, perspective and watercolours. Computer aided design one week beginners or for the more advanced we run an advanced classes covering 3D modelling, autocad and Rhino.
