We are delighted to have a new ONE day course on marquetry taught by Audrey Fasquelle.
Audrey Fasquelle is a highly experienced craftsperson and recognised as a Master FurnitureMaker for her marquetry work by the Furniture Makers Company.
Audrey spent three years training in cabinet making in France and a further three years specialising in marquetry at the prestigious Lycée de l’ameublement de Revel, in the South of France, where she graduated with a Diplôme des métiers d’art spécialité marqueterie (a Diploma in Fine Art Crafts with Specialty in Marquetry).
After graduating, Audrey spent several years at highly respected bespoke furniture making businesses before moving on to work in the private jet interiors industry, and more recently she works as a wood specialist for bespoke finishes in the luxury automotive sector.
We are absolutely delighted to have her on board and offer this weekend course.
